I didn't get the verification email
Check your spam and promotions folders. If it hasn't arrived in a few minutes, try again from the sign-in screen with the same email.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The link takes you to a page where you set a new one.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
The steps are on the delete account page.
Does Özdisiplin give medical advice?
No. Plans and suggestions in the app are general information. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor.
